The Ipl Score 2023 Will Take Place Between March 31 And May 28

The tournament schedule was revealed by the BCCI today. At the Narendra Modi Stadium, there will be a clash between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings on the group stage.

The tournament will play in its original home-away format with all teams playing seven home games and seven away in the league stage.

The schedule for the four playoff matches for the title clash is still unknown, except that Ahmedabad has been confirmed as the venue.

The teams were divid into two groups, just like last season. Group A includes the SuperGiants of Mumbai Knight Riders SuperGiants as well as Royals Knight Riders and Super Giants from Royals Capitals. Group B is made up of Super Kings, Royal Challengers Titans Kings, and Sunrisers. Each team will face the five other teams twice and four from their own group once. This means that each team will play 14 league games, which is more than last season.

The league phase will include 70 matches spread over 52 days and cover 12 cities. There will be 18 double-headers. Other than the 10 regular venues (Chenila and Bengaluru and Mumbai Kolkata and Lucknow), Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Mohali), certain matches will play at Guwahati (“the second home for the Royals”) and Dharamsala (“the second home for the Kings”).

The Royals will play their first two home matches at Guwahati and the rest at Jaipur. The Kings will play their first five home matches in Mohali and their last two at Dharamsala.

Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings will be playing at the 1000th IPL Live Match

In the league phase, there will be 18 double-headers, one on Saturday, and one Sunday. Mumbai and Super Kings will meet twice, on April 8th, and May 6th. The 1000th match in the history of IPL will mark by the second fixture. Super Kings will be back at Chennai’s original venue, Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium, or Chepauk.

IPL 2019 was the last IPL to play at Indian traditional venues. The tournament was move to the UAE due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was originally planned to held in March-May, but it was rescheduled for September-November.

In 2021, there was an attempt to play during Indian summer. The season was interrupted midway through due to a breach of the biosecure bubble. In September, the UAE hosted the second half of the season. While the tournament took place in India’s March-May window (but the entire league phase was held in Mumbai and Pune), it was still held in India. The final and playoffs were play in Kolkata, Ahmedabad.
